What's in a name? (A lot, actually)

We have to disagree with Juliet and William Shakespeare that "that which we call a rose, by any other name would smell as sweet" - at least when it comes to branding. In fairness to Shakespeare, he probably didn't have a full grasp on digital marketing back in the 1600s.
